I like the shape of his structure...it comes off looking very boney and leather-like, almost like an animal that is starved with the skin clinging to the bones. Im not quite sure I understand his 'tail' after all the claws and webbed wings and vulture-like head. I guess I was expecting something either flowing or feathery instead of the stubs. I think his elogated neck also allows him to be the creepy sort. Awesome concept.
